Rizzle Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

 

 

Welcome to Rizzle's Affiliate Program! We're excited to have you on board. To ensure our collaboration is successful and beneficial for both parties, please adhere to the following guidelines:

 

Brand Alignment

  • Brand Voice and Image: All content must align with Rizzle's voice, values, and image. In all your posts, reflect our brand's tone and style.
  • Authenticity: Create genuine and authentic content that resonates with your audience while staying true to Rizzle.

 

 Content Quality

  •  High-Quality Content: Ensure all promotional content is high-quality, including well-lit photos, clear videos, and well-written captions.
  •  Originality: Content must be original, not copied from other influencers or sources. Plagiarism is strictly prohibited.

 

 Compliance

  •  Disclosure: In compliance with FTC guidelines, disclose your affiliate relationship with Rizzle in your posts using hashtags like ad, sponsored, or affiliate.
  •  Legal Compliance: Ensure all promotional activities comply with local laws and regulations, including advertising standards.

 

 Content Guidelines

 Approved Language: Use the following approved phrases and keywords when promoting Rizzle:

  •    No edit video creation
  •  Prohibited Content: Avoid topics, language, or imagery that are offensive, inappropriate, or unrelated to Rizzle. This includes nudity, illegal activities, and any form of hate speech.
  •  Review and Approval: Some content may require submission for review and approval before posting. Please email affiliates@rizzle.com for clarification.

 

 Promotional Requirements

  •  Post Frequency: Post about Rizzle at least twice per month.
  •  Content Types: Include various types of content, such as Instagram posts, stories, blog posts, and YouTube videos.
  •  Hashtags and Tags: Use the following mandatory hashtags and tags in all your posts: rizzle, custom thumbnails, videoai, ai, videocreation, aivideogenerator, aivideocreation and tag @therizzleapp.
  •  Words Not to Be Used: Avoid using the word “tools”; instead, use “platform.”

 

 Performance Metrics

  •  Tracking Links: Use your unique affiliate tracking links in all promotional content to ensure accurate tracking of your performance.
  •  Reporting: Provide regular performance reports, including metrics like engagement rates, reach, and feedback from your audience.

 

 Engagement

  •  Audience Interaction: Engage with your audience by responding to comments and messages about Rizzle. Encourage discussions and answer any questions they might have.
  •  Feedback Loop: Share valuable feedback from your audience with us to help improve our products and marketing strategies.

 

 Professionalism

  •  Timeliness: Adhere to all deadlines for content submission and posting schedules as agreed.
  •  Communication: Maintain open communication with our team. Respond to inquiries in a timely manner and keep us updated on any issues or changes.

 

 Compensation and Incentives

  •  Clear Terms: Understand and agree to the compensation structure, including commission rates, payment schedules, and any bonus incentives.
  •  Performance Bonuses: Aim for performance bonuses by meeting or exceeding set performance targets.

 

 Qualified Customer Criteria and Affiliate Agreement

  •  No Previous Accounts: Only customers who have never registered on the Platform before can be considered Qualified Customers.
  •  Registration via Referral Link: Customers must register within 60 days of clicking the designated Referral Link to qualify. If a customer does not use a Referral Link, they cannot be considered a Qualified Customer. In cases where multiple Referral Links are clicked, only the Affiliate associated with the last clicked link will receive a commission. Affiliates should note that registration is tracked via cookies. If a customer disables cookies, Rizzle cannot track the registration, and the customer will not qualify. However, Rizzle may, at its discretion and upon providing supporting evidence, credit an Affiliate even if these conditions are not met. (Ensure the link is not broken to track the leads.)
  • Expiration: A customer remains Qualified for 12 months from their first purchase.

 

 Commission Calculation

  • Commission Rate: The commission rate is 20% of the net payments from a Qualified Customer. Commissions are paid if the total due exceeds $30 USD. If the amount is less, it will be rolled over to the next month's payment. A valid payment method must be provided to receive a commission. Available payment methods can be found in the affiliate account settings.
  • Calculation and Payment: Commission is calculated based on net amounts received from Qualified Customers. The net amount is the total payments from a Qualified Customer minus any applicable sales tax and refunded amounts. Commission is due one month after a Qualified Customer's purchase and is paid within the first five business days of each month. For instance, commission for a purchase made on January 7th is paid within the first five business days of March. Commissions are only paid on amounts actually received by Rizzle. If a payment fails, the unpaid amount will not be included in commission calculations. If a refund is issued after the commission payment, Rizzle may request the return of the commission or deduct it from future payments.

Self-Referral Prohibition: Affiliates cannot refer themselves and will not earn commissions on purchases made through their own accounts.

 

 Acceptable Use Policy

During the term of this Agreement, Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations and must not engage in any misleading or inappropriate advertising. Specifically, Affiliates must not:

  • Unauthorised Communications: Send unauthorized commercial communications (e.g., spam).
  • Misleading Advertisements: Use misleading advertisements such as false claims.
  • Inappropriate Content: Post or use illegal, hateful, obscene, threatening, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable content or advertise on websites hosting such content.
  • Disclosure Failure: Failure to disclose the affiliate relationship to customers.
  • Incentives: Offer incentives like rebates, coupons, or other promised kickbacks from their affiliate commission.
  • Self-Referral and Fraud: Refer themselves or engage in fraudulent transactions or activities.
  • Trademark Use: Bid on or purchase Rizzle trademarks and brands, including misspellings, in paid advertising (e.g., Google Ads). Affiliates' domain names cannot contain the word 'Rizzle' or derivations mentioned in this section. Additionally, they may not use any brand name from the Rizzle platform in their domain unless permitted. Affiliates' websites must not use terms like 'official website' or 'Rizzle' in a way that might confuse customers about the site's ownership. They must avoid any terms negatively impacting Rizzle's trademarks and brands.

 

Breach of this Acceptable Use Policy will result in forfeiture of any earned commission and may require the return of any commissions already received.

 

 Termination Clause

  • Code of Conduct: Affiliates must maintain professionalism and ethical behaviour at all times.
  • Breach of Agreement: Failure to comply with these guidelines, engaging in unethical behaviour, or demonstrating poor performance can result in immediate termination of the affiliate agreement.
  • Grounds for Termination: The following constitute grounds for termination:
  • Repeated violations of the Affiliate Program Guidelines.
  • Failure to comply with local laws and advertising regulations.
  • Engaging in fraudulent activities or self-referrals.
  • Posting prohibited content or failing to disclose the affiliate relationship.
  • Using unauthorized or misleading advertisements.
  • Failing to meet the minimum performance requirements (e.g., posting frequency).
  • Noncompliance with Rizzle's brand voice and image guidelines.
  • Failure to communicate or respond to Rizzle's inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Notification of Termination: Rizzle reserves the right to terminate the affiliate agreement with or without prior notice if any of the grounds for termination are met. In such cases, the affiliate will be notified via email.
  • PostTermination: Upon termination, the affiliate must cease all promotional activities related to Rizzle immediately. The affiliate will forfeit any pending commissions and may be required to return any commissions already received if found in breach of the agreement.
  • Appeal Process: Affiliates may appeal the termination decision by submitting a written appeal to affiliates@rizzle.com within 7 business days of receiving the termination notice. Rizzle will review the appeal and respond within 14 business days. The decision made by Rizzle after the appeal review is final.
  • Survival: The termination clause and any other clauses that, by their nature, should survive termination will remain in effect after the agreement terminates.
